Celebrate the season at The Chief Theater with two evenings of heart warming Celtic music performed by Jessie Burns and Take Down the Door. Join us on a journey through the Celtic traditions of songs, stories and tunes, from ballads and waltzes to pulse-raising jigs and reels. This family friendly concert for all ages will spread good holiday cheer and send you home with a skip in your step and a twinkle in your eye.

Take Down the Door are a group of acclaimed musicians from the Front Range who have been playing Celtic Music together and in a variety of other ensembles for decades. Both Jon and Adam have studied traditional Irish Music while living in Ireland for years as a duo, with Jon attaining a Masters in Traditional Guitar from the University of Limerick. Jessie, a former resident of Steamboat Springs, fiddled for the renowned Irish-American Band, Gaelic Storm for six years and made three #1 Billboard World Music Albums with them. Beth has a prolific recording, teaching and touring career in the United States and also composes for chorale groups nationally. Eric tours internationally with multiple groups including Open Road, Darol Anger and the Republic of Strings and The Mollie O’Brien Band.
